Free Stop Motion

Hold in any position

It can hold doors, lids, flaps, or covers in any position during opening or closing. 

  • No extra elements to hold the door or cover are needed.
  • Users do not have to worry about slamming covers or doors. It brings extra safety and ensures you provide convenience to your customers.
  • Because no stopper is necessary, speedy checks and adjustment or re-fill actions are possible. 

Ideal for top-opening covers, such as food display open buffets. Another application example is the displays in public spaces, stores, offices, or trade shows. It enables a monitor to be adjusted to the eye level of individual customers or the audience.

Assists in opening/closing heavy doors, flaps, lids, or covers.

  • It enables heavy access doors or flaps to open/close with one hand. 
  • Your furniture’s opening safety improves as the user no longer needs to strain her or himself to access or close. 
  • The access opening to the workspace is greatly improved, the design complexity and costs are significantly reduced. 

Ideal for stores with large counters that need frequent passage, professional kitchen equipment, restaurants, and bars. For many products, the lift assist force can be adjusted to suit specific requirements.

Click Motion

Snap and stop

Temporarily holds doors, lids, flaps, or covers during opening/closing at a certain angle with a unique feel.

  • Prevents a door or a cover from moving freely, so users don’t have to worry about it falling down on an expensive accessory.
  • Ideal for drawing desks since it enables a surface to be held at a certain angle. 
  • Another application example is the use in mobile flip phones, handheld gaming consoles, or wireless controllers.

The mechanism features two grooved rotating parts with spring-loaded balls between them. While moving, the balls will fall into the grooves, realising temporary holding.

Unique Motion

New openings

It enables a flap to move parallel and decreases the space needed to open the door. An open door will no more obstruct narrow corridors in an office or restaurant. The wide opening makes it easier to take something in and out.

Combining the movements of multiple shafts, arms, and axis, we elevate the motion design to a more sophisticated level of control:

  • HES 7-axis concealed hinge technology assures a full opening/closing without hitting the door or flap next to it. 
  • HT-160 concealed clip-on hinge series emulates the graceful movements of the praying mantis. Ideal for overlay doors.
  • MonoFlat LIN-X hinge technology enables less door projection for tight spaces. For instance, wine displays in restaurants.
